What we collect

• Job seekers: name, email, phone, date of birth, city, military service, firearm licence, languages, CV (optional) and the jobs you applied for
• Companies: company and contact details, jobs, the signed agreement (including IP address)
• General: how you reached the site (a shared link or campaign)

Why

To refer you to jobs, schedule interviews, pay bonuses, collect referral fees and improve the service.

Who sees what

• A company sees your details only after you apply to it
• Your phone and email are revealed to a company only when it invites you to an interview
• You see a company's name only when it invites you to an interview
• The site administrator sees all information to run the service

Storage and deletion

Data is stored on secure servers in Europe. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at info@mavtachim.com. Referral records are kept for at least 24 months for collection purposes.
