Do I need a CV?
No. A short profile is enough. If a company asks for one, you can upload it in your area.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Companies pay us, and we pay you a bonus when you're hired.
How big is the bonus and when do I get it?
20% of the job's referral fee (shown on every job). It's paid after the company pays us – usually a few months after you start. If you leave before then, the bonus isn't paid.
Why can't I see the company name?
So that hiring goes through us. You see the company name as soon as it invites you to an interview.
I was hired later, or directly by the company – do I still get the bonus?
Yes, if we referred you to that company in the last 24 months. Tell us under "I found a job".
Why only 3 applications?
So companies get serious candidates. As soon as a company invites you or replies, the slot frees up.
