How it works
Mavtachim connects people looking for security jobs with security companies – and pays you a personal bonus when you're hired.
1. Find a job
Filter by city, role, shifts, pay and what you have (firearm licence, combat certificate and more). The company name isn't shown at this stage.
2. Apply in a minute
Email, a 6-digit code and a short profile – only once. Tick that you meet the requirements and your details go to the company (without your phone number).
3. Up to 3 applications at a time
You can have up to 3 applications waiting for a reply. As soon as a company invites you to an interview, the slot frees up. Companies have 72 hours to reply.
4. Interview
The company proposes a time – you accept or ask for another. A day before, we ask you to confirm. If you miss an interview without cancelling, applying is paused for two weeks.
5. Get hired, get a bonus
Once you've started working and the company pays us the referral fee, we pay you 20% of it as a personal bonus. Your area shows exactly when.
